Steam room aromatherapy
I don't use essential oils in my steam room. I like fresh eucalyptus. I have made a video demonstrating how you roll the eucalyptus and use it under the steam head in the strainer. I also like to put Himalayan salt rocks under my steam head too. This helps put negative ions in the air when the steam hits the salt.
If you need a resource for fresh eucalyptus there are several companies that will ship it to you in a tube. Try to not order too much more than you can use before the eucalyptus dries out. I like to order small batches at a time.

I always roll my eucalyptus before steaming it.
I have a connection at the farmers market. This is the freshest eucalyptus you can get. If anyone needs some of this when it's available I can mail you some. I get a big discount when I buy a lot from them.
